Cedric Matheny is a Partner and Vice President at T. Dallas Smith & Company, where he advises corporate and institutional clients on complex real estate transactions across multiple U.S. markets.
He has represented organizations including FedEx Express, JPMorgan Chase, St. Jude, Microsoft, and AT&T, delivering strategic guidance in tenant representation, acquisitions, site selection, portfolio optimization, and long-term corporate real estate strategy.
Beyond his client advisory work, Cedric serves as an appointed Commissioner on the Georgia Real Estate Commission (since 2022) and as Chair of the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation — roles that reflect his commitment to public trust, strong governance, and community impact.
As a firm leader, Cedric mentors and develops brokerage talent while contributing to organizational growth strategy, institutional partnerships, and scalable execution. His leadership approach is grounded in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), aligning strategy, accountability, and performance cadence to drive results.
Cedric holds a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from Georgia State University and earned his CCIM designation in 2017 and his SIOR designation in 2022.
