Trevor Nelson is a New Markets Tax Credit professional focused on sourcing allocation, structuring transactions, and guiding complex community development financings from early strategy through closing.
Across his work, Trevor has helped source more than $312.4 million of NMTC allocation across 18 transactions in 10 states, supporting approximately $645.5 million in total project costs. His experience spans community facilities, manufacturing and industrial projects, hospitality, and other catalytic investments in underserved communities.
He currently has an active pipeline of five transactions representing $75.0 million of NMTC allocation and approximately $205.0 million in total project costs. Known for a hands on, execution oriented approach, Trevor has earned the title Deal Doula.
