Sharya Abdo serves as a Land Acquisition Manager with Stanley Martin Homes, where she identifies, evaluates, and secures residential land opportunities that support the company’s strategic growth throughout Metro Atlanta. Since joining Stanley Martin Homes in 2018, she has held roles in both Project Coordination and Land Acquisition, building a strong foundation in market analysis, financial underwriting, due diligence, entitlement strategy, contract negotiation, and residential land development.

In her current role, Sharya leads the evaluation of acquisition opportunities from initial feasibility through contract execution, working closely with landowners, brokers, engineers, attorneys, municipalities, and internal stakeholders. She is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, managing due diligence efforts, assessing development risk, negotiating complex transactions, and guiding projects through the entitlement and approval process.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and relationship driven approach, Sharya is passionate about creating value through thoughtful land acquisition and responsible community development. She enjoys building strong partnerships, solving complex challenges, and helping deliver communities that provide long term benefits for homeowners and the surrounding region.

Sharya earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University. She is a graduate of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Emerging Leaders Program and remains committed to continuous learning, professional growth, and leadership development. She serves on the Board for the Cobb/Cherokee Chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and is an active member of the Ladies in Land Atlanta Chapter, supporting industry engagement and professional advancement.
