Jordon Tench serves as the Director of Land Acquisition and Development for O’Dwyer Properties, a locally owned Atlanta homebuilding company focused on creating high quality residential communities throughout the metro area. In this role, he leads the identification, evaluation, acquisition, entitlement, and development of residential land opportunities.

O’Dwyer Properties focuses on developments ranging from 20 to 100 lots, and Jordon works to make each community distinct in order to add value for every homebuyer. This smaller development scale also allows the flexibility to work within many of the local jurisdictions across the Atlanta area. O’Dwyer Properties targets 100 home closings annually and has been building in the Atlanta market since 1992, with more than 3,000 total home closings to date.

Jordon earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 2010, a background he draws on to review engineering plans and identify where value can be created throughout the land development process. He takes a systematic approach to due diligence, cost analysis, rezoning, permitting, and site development.
