Shariff A. James is the Founder and Director of Development of Mission New Value Group, where he leads development strategy, feasibility evaluation, project scheduling, and value creation for landowners, builders, developers, and real estate professionals. His work includes underwriting prospective deals, building financial models, and guiding projects through highest-and-best-use analysis, entitlement strategy, and Land Disturbance Permit readiness. His development experience includes the historically approved Summit Street Residences in Newark, New Jersey, a 14-unit condominium project estimated at more than $5 million, as well as two sites in Suwanee, Georgia, totaling approximately 23 acres that support an estimated $30 million in projected residential value.

Before real estate, Shariff founded and bootstrapped Mission Entertainment, one of New Jersey’s top-performing promotion companies, producing marquee events at MetLife Stadium that drew more than 3,000 attendees without relying on a headliner. That experience laid the foundation for Mission GalaCON, the black-tie gala and real estate development conference he founded, now entering its third year and featured twice on American Dream TV.

A respected educator and mentor, Shariff has conducted classes, mentored Keller Williams satellite offices, and advised agents on financial feasibility, land evaluation, and the development pipeline. Through Mission GalaCON’s youth pipeline initiative, he helps young adults ages 17 to 22 explore entrepreneurship, real estate development, and related trades. Married to his wife, Siymone, for more than 30 years, he is a proud father and grandfather who measures success by the people, families, and communities empowered along the way.
