Nate Robert-Eze is the Founder and CEO of Path Intelligence Corp, the AI Sales Agent for real estate. Path is an intelligence platform that turns virtual property tours into predictive sales engines.
Born in Nigeria and raised in the Midwest, Nate trained in urban planning and urban design before founding VSN Group in 2020, a 3D visualization studio that has served 700+ developers worldwide and helped facilitate over $1 billion in presales.
After years of watching developers lose buyers who toured, left, and never identified themselves, Nate named what he calls the “silent buyer problem” and built Path to solve it.
Path reads how people move through a space, scores their intent, and hands sales teams the context they need so that, as he puts it, “the first call feels like a fifth call.” The platform supports 42+ languages and is deployed with brokerages and developers including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hines, and KOLTER.
Nate was named an Inman 2026 Future Leader in Real Estate, is an NVIDIA Innovation member, and an NC IDEA SEED grant recipient. He contributes to Inman and speaks regularly on spatial AI, agentic AI, and the future of how buyers experience the unbuilt environment.
Outside of work, he supports the Helping Hands Global Initiative and his family’s Pa Remo Memorial Clinic in Nigeria. He lives in Miami Beach, Florida.
