What is Mission GalaCON?
Mission GalaCON is a year-round platform built to keep its community informed, connected, and growing all year long. We also host an annual real estate conference and black-tie gala hosted by Mission New Value Group. It brings together business owners, developers, investors, entrepreneurs, and community leaders for two days of real estate education, strategic networking, and celebration.
Mission GalaCON is designed for real estate professionals, business owners, investors, developers, lenders, and entrepreneurs who are serious about growing their knowledge, expanding their network, and staying ahead of where the real estate industry is going. It is also the home of the Youth Legacy Initiative, which creates space for emerging professionals and young entrepreneurs who are just getting started on their path to ownership.
If you are serious about real estate, entrepreneurship, professional development and networking, whether you are just getting started or have been in the industry for years, Mission GalaCON was built with you in mind. The sessions are led by people who are actively working in real estate development, investment, and community. You do not need a certain level of experience to get value from being in this room. You just need to show up ready to learn and connect.
The conference takes place during the day on October 23rd and features panel discussions, expert sessions, and the Mission Multiplier Inner Circle, an invitation-only session for senior professionals and decision-makers. The black-tie gala on October 24th is the celebration. The gala is an elevated evening that brings the full Mission GalaCON community together to honor the work being done and the progress being made. Both experiences are included with full event weekend pass.
Mission GalaCON sponsorship is available at several investment levels from our Legacy Visionary Title Sponsorship at $50,000 down to our Corporate Access and Sponsored Table options. Each tier is designed to give your organization real visibility, access, and presence inside the Mission GalaCON community. There are three parking decks available for parking. All of the parking decks charge a fee.

All tickets are nonrefundable; however, you can transfer your tickets to someone else if desired. To transfer Gala or Conference Event tickets, you must do so by September 01, 2026. You must email info@missiongalacon.com and write “ticket transfer” in the subject. We will assist you with that process.
