Jarvis Broughton is the Founder and Managing Broker of Interrüt, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and development advisory firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over a decade of industry experience, Jarvis launched his formal commercial real estate career in 2016 with KW Commercial, where he quickly distinguished himself as Keller Williams Midtown’s Rookie of the Year and consistently ranked among the top 10 producers within the KW Commercial division.
As a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Jarvis has participated in over $100 million in commercial transactions spanning investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, and pre-development consulting. In 2024, Jarvis was inducted into the prestigious Million-Dollar Club for achieving over $11 million in sales within the Industrial Landlord Representation category.
In 2026, Jarvis marked a significant milestone in Interrüt’s growth by winning a competitive public RFP to represent Invest Atlanta for brokerage services, executed through a strategic joint venture with two local Atlanta brokerages. This win positioned Interrüt at the forefront of public-sector real estate engagement and underscored the firm’s capacity to compete for and deliver institutional-grade assignments. Concurrently, Jarvis secured the exclusive property management and leasing engagement for Mural Real Estate Partners’ landmark Greenbriar project, a 200,000+ square foot commercial retail development, further establishing Interrüt’s credentials in large-scale retail leasing and asset management.
Jarvis is also CEO and Co-Founder of COLOR Co, a hybrid hospitality social hub reimagining how creative communities live, work, and build ownership together. Through what he calls “Creative Infrastructure,” COLOR Co is developing Atlanta’s Westside Creative District — anchored by 761 by COLOR Co, a Phase I pilot at Bedford Street, and Hue House, the flagship development along the Beltline’s Westside Trail. The venture reflects Jarvis’s broader thesis: that real estate, paired with intentional programming and community ownership pathways, can become a platform for economic mobility — not just a transaction.
Jarvis’s leadership extends beyond closing deals. As Chair of the Real Estate & Construction Industry Tribe at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs, he leads monthly gatherings to foster collaboration and resource sharing among Black real estate professionals, and is a longtime collaborator with Atlanta Indie Market, having helped serve and scale 3,000+ small businesses. Jarvis leads with precision, integrity, and purpose — rooted in creating equitable access to real estate opportunity through Interrüt’s mission.
