Keith Mack has spent more than three decades shaping the built environment across the Southeast, playing a role in the development and construction of over $1 billion in hospitality, office, multifamily, mixed-use, and transit-oriented projects since 1994.
As Vice President of Development at CIM Group, Keith held a key senior leadership role on Centennial Yards, a $5 billion, 12-million-square-foot mixed-use development. Earlier, as Director of Development Services at Regent Partners, he led execution of the 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign mixed-use project in Atlanta, the 315-key Hyatt Place/Hyatt House in Charleston, South Carolina, more than 1.1 million square feet of tenant improvements, the 193-key Thompson Savannah, and the 201-key Thompson Buckhead.
Keith is the founder of Gibraltar Capital Partners, a full-service development and investment firm delivering quality hotel, multifamily, and mixed-use projects nationwide.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Georgia State University, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. In 2009, Keith founded the Circle of Trust, a commercial real estate networking organization with more than 7,000 members across Atlanta and Chicago.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Executive Council, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and serves on the boards of Partners for HOME and the March of Dimes.
