Irving D. Cham is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning residential real estate, mortgage banking, title services, brokerage operations, recruiting, and business development.

As Chief Operations Officer of LIFESTYLE International Realty, an international luxury independent real estate company with more than 3,400 agents and a growing presence across the United States and international markets, he builds the operational infrastructure, leadership systems, technology, and strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth.

His work includes multi-market expansion, P&L oversight, brokerage operations, agent recruitment and retention, compliance, leadership development, and the implementation of technology and AI solutions designed to create a more efficient, agent-centric organization.

Before joining LIFESTYLE International Realty, Irving spent 14 years with Coldwell Banker and Anywhere Real Estate, where he held leadership positions including Team Leader, Managing Broker, Growth Manager, and District Vice President. He built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and leaders, navigating organizational change, and creating environments where professionals are empowered to maximize their potential. He holds licenses as a New Jersey Real Estate Broker, New Jersey Title Producer, and state and federally licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, giving him a unique perspective across multiple sides of the real estate transaction.

Irving’s leadership extends beyond the companies he serves. He is a Board Director with the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® and serves on the AREAA Foundation Board, reflecting his commitment to advancing the real estate profession, expanding homeownership opportunities, and strengthening the communities the industry serves.
