Elizabeth Beck is currently a Director on the Valuation & Advisory team in the Cushman
& Wakefield Atlanta office. Ms. Beck has been with Cushman & Wakefield since August 2018 and provides a wide range of advisory services, including appraisals, market and feasibility studies, litigation support, and research intensive consulting.

Her experience throughout the southeast region primarily involves multifamily, student housing, vacant land, historic properties and conversions, unique intown retail and commercial properties, special purpose facilities, and market and feasibility studies for developers and property owners.

She is regularly engaged by public and private institutions to provide purpose built deliverables, including customized research for investors and occupiers, case studies for litigation support, market and feasibility studies for master plans, appraisals of proposed conversions of historic buildings utilizing state and federal historic tax credits, and independent research reports.
