Myles Cardenas is a Senior Land Development Manager for Taylor Morrison in Atlanta and a licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia. He oversees residential projects from entitlements through land development, bringing 10 years of experience across CalAtlantic Homes, Lennar, McKinley Homes, and Taylor Morrison. His background in both construction and land development allows him to effectively bridge field execution with long term development strategy.

Myles is a recognized industry leader with a strong focus on workforce development. He is actively involved with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, serving as Chair of the NAHB Student Chapters Advisory Board, a member of the NAHB Young Professionals Committee and the NAHB Land Development Committee, a 2026 NAHB Workforce Development Advisory Council Member, and a Member of the 2026 NAHB Leadership Academy. Passionate about developing the next generation of construction professionals, Myles leads workforce initiatives, mentors students nationwide, and supports career pathways through education and leadership programs.

Myles was named to the 2025 Pro Builder Young Guns and Legends List, received the 2024 NAHB Young Professional Award for Region B, and earned the 2024 Taylor Morrison TM Living Award. Through his career and service, he continues to strengthen the homebuilding industry and workforce pipeline across Atlanta and the nation.

Myles graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University in 2017 and was named a 2019 Rising Star of the Home Industry by My Home Improvement magazine. He continues to make an impact through service, leadership, and hard work.
