Justin Harrison was born and raised in Southern California, where his foundation was built on both sports and business. He played Division I college football, an experience that instilled the discipline, work ethic, and competitive mindset that continue to shape his approach to business and private lending.

Justin entered the private money industry two weeks after graduating from college and has remained committed to it ever since. By the age of twenty five, he had become a top producer at one of the country’s leading private lending firms. That same year, he took the next step in his real estate journey by purchasing his first investment property out of state, sight unseen. His background in sports taught him that anyone advising others on how to approach a challenge should be willing to go through that process themselves. As a self described “show me” person, he became an investor to gain firsthand experience with the same opportunities, risks, and decisions his borrowers face. Since then, he has continued building his own real estate portfolio while personally funding hundreds of transactions and overseeing thousands more.

Justin joined Futures Financial at the ground level and has been part of the company’s growth from its earliest days. Today, he oversees sales and helps shape how the company evaluates opportunities, structures transactions, and builds lasting relationships with clients.

Futures Financial is a true private money lender specializing in bridge, fix and flip, ground up construction, and DSCR loans across 36 states. Loans range from $100,000 to $20 million, and although the company has extensive experience financing luxury properties, every opportunity is evaluated using the same core principles: the borrower’s recent on-title experience, strength of the deal, and credit profile.

Futures Financial’s ideal client is an intermediate to experienced real estate investor or developer who is purchasing, renovating, or building at scale and wants more than a one time lender.
