Gabrielle “Gabby” M. Davis is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams West Atlanta, making her the first Black and youngest operator of a Keller Williams franchise in the Southeast Region.

Under her leadership, the office has grown to nearly 500 agents in three years, achieved profitability within three months, and became the fastest net growing KW market center in the world for 2024 and 2025.

A visionary leader, coach, and wealth builder, Gabby is dedicated to helping agents achieve their goals and build generational wealth through real estate. Her work has been recognized by Inman’s 2025 “Top 40 Under 40,” featured in KW’s Outfront magazine for her story “Creating Opportunity and Wealth in Atlanta,” and honored as a RISMedia 2025 Newsmaker Achiever. She continues to inspire others through a people first approach that blends faith, culture, and innovation.

Prior to her career in real estate, Gabby spent nearly a decade in retail and business to business sales, helping companies leverage technology to drive growth. Today, she draws on that experience to mentor agents and leaders nationwide, empowering them to build profitable, purposeful businesses. She is also expanding her impact in a new role with KWRI as the digital and social lead for the Growth and Attraction team.
