Devon Caudle is a graduate of Florida A&M University, one of the nation’s top HBCUs. After moving back home to Philadelphia in 2015, she began her career in off campus student housing across the street from Temple University. Getting her start in the multifamily housing industry through the student housing sector, she quickly advanced through the ranks.

Devon currently serves as a full time property manager, overseeing the operations of a seventeen acre property with four hundred ninety units, ten percent of which are affordable housing, a full time staff of seven employees, and a twelve point three million dollar annual operating budget. Over the past ten years, her experience has spanned luxury apartments, ground up construction and lease up efforts, affordable housing, and operations management, and she holds a real estate salesperson license.

She is a graduate of the Community College of Philadelphia’s Power Up Your Business program, Jumpstart Tioga, and Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) (Formerly NAIOP) Commercial Development Mentorship Program   . Last year, she was selected for the NAIOP Philadelphia chapter’s inaugural class of commercial development mentees. Through this training and her work with the Philadelphia Housing Authority and Jumpstart, she has also gained experience in public private partnerships.

Devon gives back to the local Philadelphia community as board secretary of HopePHL.
