1. Overview

Mission GalaCON, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Site”) does not sell tickets or process payments directly on this website. All ticket purchases, payment processing, and attendee data collection are handled exclusively by Eventbrite through their Modal.

This policy covers refunds for both ticket purchases (via Eventbrite) and non-ticket purchases (such as merchandise or sponsorships) made directly on missiongalacon.com.

2. Ticket Refunds (Eventbrite Purchases)

Refund eligibility and conditions for Mission GalaCON events are determined exclusively by Mission GalaCON, LLC as the event organizer—not by Eventbrite.

• When you purchase a ticket, you are redirected to Eventbrite through their Modal. Your transaction is governed by Eventbrite’s Terms of Service and Eventbrite’s Refund Policy outside of the allowable guidelines we set.
• Eventbrite does not set or guarantee refunds for any of our events. Eventbrite provides the ticketing/payment platform and the technical tools for organizers and attendees to manage refunds.
• Mission GalaCON, LLC sets the refund policy for each event. The specific refund policy is displayed on the Eventbrite ticketing page for Mission GalaCON. If the event is marked as “No Refunds,” all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or if the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
• Attendees must request refunds through their Eventbrite account. If refunds are enabled for this event, you can request a refund by logging into your Eventbrite account and following the instructions in the Eventbrite Help Center.
• If the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, Eventbrite will notify ticket holders and process refunds according to Mission GalaCON, LLC’s instructions as the event organizer.
• If refunds are not enabled, your purchase is final, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law or otherwise stated by Mission GalaCON, LLC.

3. Non-Ticket Purchases (Direct from Mission GalaCON, LLC)

Refunds for non-ticket items (such as merchandise, sponsorships, or other products/services purchased directly on missiongalacon.com) are handled as follows:

• Eligibility: Refund requests for non-ticket purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, all non-ticket sales are considered final unless the item is defective, not as described, or as otherwise required by law.
